Aah! Finally, food!!

Although I am ravenous, I’ll remember to eat right, chewing  down every mouthful for faster digestion. My belly needs all the help it can get. That reminds me. I need to focus more on the belly area from now on.

Snack Attack

I had a late breakfast over an hour ago, but I keep feeling the urge to munch. Just as well I have some whole grain cracker biscuits handy. They are low cholesterol and sugar free. A few of those, with a glass of milk and I’ll be able to go back to my writing with the level of concentration required.
