I don’t want to risk missing a meal today, so I had a bowl of salad ready before heading out for shopping. That should suffice till I am done with cooking later.
Aah! Finally, food!!
Although I am ravenous, I’ll remember to eat right, chewing down every mouthful for faster digestion. My belly needs all the help it can get. That reminds me. I need to focus more on the belly area from now on.
It’s been a wet morning so far, a steaming bowl of oats is in order. A full warm belly to better function.
Still keeping up with healthy light meals. Choosing to drink some milk this morning rather than tea, to help my bones along.
Early lunch, mashed sweet potatoes, lean beef, veggies and onion sauce to keep tabs with carbohydrates, a great source of energy to get through the rest of the day. Back to work I go.
I’m going to enjoy this huge bowl of hot oats then its back to the kitchen to plan for my next meal. I know I’ll be needing to eat again by noon, because, I am burning more calories already. Don’t want to wait till I’m too hungry or busy to make healthy meal decisions.
It’s just past 7:30. I would usually have eaten dinner way before now, but thanks to the traffic back home I’m just sitting down to this bowl of cereal. It is light and will digest in no time…great for my stomach and waistline.
Bananas are ideal for snack attacks. They will maintain my energy level and keep me full till dinner.
Healthy breakfast to replenish and nourish.
I had a late breakfast over an hour ago, but I keep feeling the urge to munch. Just as well I have some whole grain cracker biscuits handy. They are low cholesterol and sugar free. A few of those, with a glass of milk and I’ll be able to go back to my writing with the level of concentration required.
