Started a ten day-diet plan this morning on a fun new trial. Looking forward to knowing more about this part of my neighbourhood. My new goal? To loose 6 pounds.

Even when we know best, it’s funny what we can take for granted. From now on, no more undue weight gain. Far too much trouble to loose it. And to think I still have more work to get lean. At least, I am up and doing again..ten days to feel almost my normal self again.
