SYNOPSIS

When living each day becomes more of a chore and struggle rather than a desired fulfilled lifestyle, it is time to evaluate, take stock and make the necessary changes.

Change can be difficult, most times near impossible. According to Socrates, “The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” A lifestyle can be revamped by reorganizing those important aspects of daily living as they should benefit living.

The degree of results and achievements are relative. A new focus for self, home and family or reappraising input for better business or promotion at work all gives a sense of accomplished goals. Whatever the aims & objectives, personal living should be as simple as the individual makes it. Life can be that simple.

    Dear Yinka, I’ll give you an A+ any day for your excellent literary skills and prowes. You and Bimbola Adelakun remain my stars when it comes to contemporary Nigerian word smiths and I respect both of you a great deal

    However, I would like you to seriously consider infusing scriptural truths to backup some of your view points, hypothesis and the overall thrust of your inspirational deliveries.

    God will always cause His word to prosper in the matter for which He sent it and His word never returns to Him void. Rather, it always accomplishes the purpose for which it was spoken or written or communicated; as long as it is communicated, written or spoken verbatim and devoid of any form of adulteration. God’s word prospers; it will prosper the lives of your readers and while they are prospering, you will prosper. God grace makes that happen because He delights in seeing His word being propagated. His word is not static, rather it is living, it is active, it is spirit and it is powerful. The word of God is the final authority on any matter related to life and godliness.

    I’m not asking you to turn your Blog into a religious forum of sort because applying the word of God to everyday life is NOT about religion; it is a lot deeper, it borders essentially on relationship between God and man. More importantly, the word of God is the truth and Jesus is truth personified. Truth is therefore a Person!

    I would like you to consider giving yourself to studying the word of God more in-depth, bearing in mind that studying is an intensive intellectual effort. In this case the intensity is from a spiritual perspective; not academic and certainly not scientific. I am willing to dispatch a very good study bible and other resources to you, that would help enhance your bible knowledge, so you may gain sound spiritual perspective and thus be equipped to base your inspirational deliveries on what God says concerning particular subject or discourse. God knows it all and His word abides forever.

    As you may already be aware, inspirational deliveries are often laden with facts, figures, conjecture and/or ideologies based on the human perspective and so forth. More often than not, you come across a few inspirational deliveries that are based on sound scriptural principles that are not necessarily quoted simply because the writers do not want to project any ‘religious’ disposition as it were.

    Nonetheless, inspirational deliveries based on sound scriptural doctrine will always project God’s perspective regarding any subject matter pertaining to life because He is the author of life. No man is wiser than God and no man knows more about the issues of life other than the author Himself, the Lord God through Christ Jesus. Look Jesus Christ is the (only) Way, Truth and Life and nothing can be closer to the Truth than Truth itself.

    Its the truth that sets men free.
